Han Borger (1957)
After completing his studies in political and social science, specialisation methods and techniques at the University of Amsterdam in 1983, he secured a position in the data processing department at R&M in Heerlen. He advanced to data processing department head, then in 1989 switched to project management and finally to account management. Responsible for all data processing activities within PMR.

Fons de Rijk (1960)
By trade a traffic engineer, he worked as market researcher for the Netherlands Railways (NS) as of 1983. He moved to R&M market research bureau in Heerlen in 1989, advancing via project management to account management. Responsible for all fieldwork activities within PMR.
